Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: name, email, password hash, role, language.
Profile data: bio, avatar, company name, contact details you choose to publish.
Listing data: property details, photos, floor plans, brochures.
Transactional data: subscription, payouts, referrals, leads, messages.
Technical data: IP address, device, browser, referrer.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service, authenticate you, fulfil orders, deliver email notifications you've subscribed to, track referral attribution, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve product quality.

3. Legal bases

We process personal data under contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interest (security, analytics, fraud prevention), consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies), and legal obligation.

4. Sharing

We share data with vetted processors necessary to run the Service: Stripe (payments and payouts), our backend host (database, authentication, storage), and email delivery providers. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

ProjectIQ is a global marketplace and data may be processed in countries other than yours. Where required, transfers use standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to satisfy legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Email privacy@projectiq.cc.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is gated by row-level security and role-based controls, and secrets are stored in a managed secrets vault. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We will post material changes on this page and update the "last updated" date.
