Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ProjectIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and ProjectIQ.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.
3. Accounts and roles
ProjectIQ supports developer, individual seller, agent, API partner, and viewer accounts. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
4. Listings
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the listings they publish, including pricing, availability, photos, floor plans, and descriptions. ProjectIQ does not verify or warrant any listing.
5. Commissions and referrals
Where a seller offers a commission, agents may generate referral links. Buyers arriving via a referral link are attributed to the referring agent for 90 days from first contact. Commissions are paid via Stripe Connect subject to a flat platform fee disclosed at sign-up.
6. Fees and billing
Subscription and listing fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable except where required by law, and renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing is shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not post unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, misrepresent a listing, scrape the Service, attempt to bypass authentication, or use the Service to facilitate fraud or money-laundering.
8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant ProjectIQ a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it solely to operate the Service.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. ProjectIQ does not act as a broker, agent, lender, or escrow service. Any transaction between buyer and seller is solely between those parties.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProjectIQ's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to ProjectIQ's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
